Diversity is the hallmark of our work. No branding job is too creative. No copy request too dry. In fact, we love the challenge of making technical or niche subjects broadly understood. If you're passionate about your product or service, we'll shout it from the rooftops (or webpage) for you!
If you can't find an example within our previous work below that matches your requirements, call us to discuss your specific needs.
Approaching 50 years in practice in 2023, FMSA Architecture was ready to rebrand and to commence a long-term plan for succession. We worked with branding studio Design Democracy to refresh their look in late 2022, establishing core values before project managing a renaming exercise and new website development. Relaunched as Foreground Architecture, we prepared internal and external communications plans, authored new website copy, and managed socials and PR for the launch and beyond. Take a look at Foreground's new website.
In May 2021, we were approached by the Association of Consulting Architects to lead authorship on the Vic/Tas Committee's policy response to the Victorian Government's Framework for Reform building review. Listening carefully to all voices around the table, we facilitated advocacy for a series of reforms and policy positions designed to protect the profession of architecture and the quality of architecture and construction more broadly. Key recommendations included maintaining the Architects Act, maintaining and strengthening the ARBV and incentivising more architectural registrations. To read the full paper, visit the ACA website.
Respected architects, the team at Russell & Yelland is both generous and genuine. Detailed early strategy workshops helped us mine for the shared values that makes working with the practice so appealing. That set a course for a branding overhaul, culminating in the launch of their new website and identity in August 2020, designed by Sense Advertising.
In managing the project, we handled content strategy and development, insights and copywriting for socials, bimonthly newsletters. Successful PR resulted in features in design media such as Indesignlive and the Australian Design Review, to celebrate R&Y's more than 80 years in practice. After Tsai Design scooped the pool at the 2018 ArchiTeam Awards, Director Jack Chen asked for our help to overhaul promotions for his top three architectural projects and key website content. We interviewed him at length, refreshing narratives for the Type Street Apartment, Atop a Shop and Flex House projects.
We helped Melbourne-based architecture and interior design studio, Northbourne Architecture + Design develop their brand for launch. Defining the Northbourne Vision, Mission and Values was core to this process, with Word to the Wise detailing a thorough branding brief for identity development, executed by graphic design studio, A Door Ajar.
